Accommodation Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Requests and changes regarding accommodation reservations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat.
  • All cancellations will be refunded until 23 April 2021.
  • For cancellations up to 23 May 2021, 50% of the price will be refunded.
  • There will be no cancellation after 23 May 2021, name change will be accepted.
